The lobby, hallways, and room stunk so bad of smoke and weed. Overall it was dirty. Glad it was only a one night stay because it was disgusting. Breakfast is just bagels and old juice

Absolutely terrible! The room had dirty underwear, bedsheets, food in the refrigerator, trash on the floor, dirty bedsheets, boxers hanging off the shower rod! Terrible is an understatement!! Manager offer to refund room and provide free parking for concert. Otherwise awful!

We reserved and confirmed a non-smoking room with a king bed. When we arrived, the gentleman at the desk said "non-smoking double" - I showed him my confirmation and he quickly changed us to a room with a king! It was obvious that renovations had been done to the facility - our room in no way resembled the pictures on the website - I would suggest updating your website pictures to give a more accurate depiction of your inn. Very minor "complaints" - There was no channel guide for the TV/we are not from the area, so had a hard time figuring out the channels. Also - there was no phone in the room - if we had an emergency or even a simple request, how would we reach the front desk? The only other issue was the placement of the outlets - they were under the shelf next to the bed - We are 74 and 91 years old - and had to get down on the floor to plug in our phone charger. Our grandsons often play baseball in the Foxboro area, so we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant stay. (Also: wish the restaurant was open for breakfast!)

New Years Eve
I was very disappointed to find the resturant and club was closed. The biggest reason I booked was so my wife and I could spend New Years Eve in the same hotel. They should post that it's under renovation and NOT open.

The front desk clerk and manager were extremely rude. They were saying I had to pay again, although I had confirmation I paid online. It was terrible so we ended up leaving and driving home.

I want a clean room that you use mostly to sleep in and then go out to see sights. This fit the bill. Great for seeing a Patriot Game. Definitely stay again.

Pats game; part of bigger trip
location of hotel is ideal to walk to Gillette; hotel leases out parking to tailgaters so if you are staying at hotel be sure they reserve a spot for you. Hotel price was okay and it served the purpose of myself but wouldn't necessarily stay with my family.

Great hotel for the money
Good hotel for the money. Staff was pleasant, but no morning coffee the morning I was there and no beverage vending machine. But the overall value of this hotel was really great and it was clean. I will definitely book again. The value is well worth it.

It was a good value for the money we paid. There was a restaurant next door we ate at that was good. The room was large, clean, updated, quiet. The continental breakfast was sparse. Basically, coffee, bagels and fruit. In all honesty, I wouldn’t have expected more as the cost for the night was reasonable.

Decent place
Clean, comfortable place with plenty of parking. Breakfast didn't have a lot of options but was ok. WiFi didn't work at times but apart from these minor issues, I had a decent stay.

The back door is left open which caused some concern Breakfast was literally a joke.When i was trying to check out waited 5 minutes for soneone to answer the phone as noone was at the desk .

Didn’t really seem that safe. Had to enter the hotel for our room in the back alley. The door didn’t shut tight so anyone could enter.

Perfect distance from Gillette Stadium. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and allowed for parking for the game at the furthest point on the road. Once we get back to the car we were on the highway within five minutes.

This is a 2 star hotel but the renovated rooms are first rate --they are as good or better than most 3 or 4 star hotel rooms --and a tremendous value for the money. One mile to Patriot Place and the stadium. Breakfast is minimal --basically coffee and a bagel --but that is no big deal for us. No restaurant on premises and you will need to drive to get to one.

What you want to know...
Very clean! Great price! Just down the street from Gillette stadium and about 20 minutes to Xfinity. Would stay here again! Breakfast not so good, but typical. Toast your own bagel, mini muffins, coffee and juice. Overall though I would recommend this place.
